It was received without any problem, it works well, but if you apply too much force, the blade comes out and you have to put it back in and bend it a little so it doesn't come out again. I give it a 7.5 out of 10; I've only used it with 5 uses, so I don't give it much longevity if the blade keeps coming out.

The idea of the device is excellent, but the finish is dangerous as it can cut hands. My husband had to sand and apply a product to avoid hurting anyone. We liked the rest of the idea and will create one that doesn't pose a danger.
