One of the ice buckets did not arrive, so I contacted them and received a partial refund immediately.
The product is as described.
I tried grinding ice and it grinds well.
I bought it at a low price, and it seems like it will be useful.
The kids really like it. We make several ice buckets, so there's enough to eat. It freezes well and makes nice shaved ice, which I like. The price is good and the quality is good too. It's easy to clean and store. I tried a Guji electric one before, and the shaved ice quality is the same, so this is a very suitable product.
It was well ground, so I was able to make great shaved ice.
But it's a promotional period these days, so it's cheaper now, eh?
