It’s good for what it is, a piece of plastic. It is nice and flat, and the guidelines are very helpful. But the material itself is no different than a cheap placemat from the dollar store. Hard/firm plastic that is cut by my knife when i’m trimming paper. Also arrived with a slight bit of damage. See photos. Overall, it is useful to me.
